Feeling grounded is important not just physically, but psychologically as well. When we find a connection to the earth, we connect to something much, much larger than ourselves. And when we balance, we align our body’s center of gravity with the earth’s gravitational field, which brings emotional stability and an incredible sense of being able to cope with whatever the universe throws our way.
All levels welcome. Bring your mat and any props you might want to use (blocks, straps, blanket)
