Its all about resource recovery at South Cross Bayou Water Reclamation Facilities

Join us for a relaxing evening tour of Pinellas County Utilities’ largest water reclamation facility, the South Cross Bayou Water Reclamation Facility. The tour will include some walking and optional stair climbing (for enhanced views). The purpose of the tour is to teach the public how South Cross treats wastewater (used water) from homes, businesses, and other industries to produce reclaimed water for irrigation (not drinking water), biosolids for fertilizers, and gas for energy.
