USF St. Petersburg Brings Google-born Emotional Intelligence Training to Florida

USF St. Petersburg’s Kate Tiedemann College of Business is bringing for the very first time to Florida the Search Inside Yourself (SIY) Leadership Institute. Developed by a team of Google employees in 2007, this emotional intelligence training program is based on the latest neuroscience research and teaches mindfulness to enhance the effectiveness of leaders and performance of employees.
