The event stems from the Collaborative’s commitment to health equity, that all people should have the opportunity to reach their best health. And is designed to bring community awareness to health disparities by showing two thirty-minute documentary segments followed by in depth community dialogue and work towards health equity by connecting residents to local resources (vendors) sharing health and wellness and healthcare related information in addition to onsite health screenings, testing and next step care coordination.
