You’re invited to participate in a community discussion regarding housing affordability. In response to growing concerns about housing affordability, the City has initiated a housing development and affordability initiative that will eventually include new and improved housing programs, text amendments to the City’s Land Development Regulations, and map amendments to the City’s Zoning and Future Land Use maps. Your participation in this process is important and encouraged.

Public Kickoff – Introduce the Housing Development and Affordability Initiative. The program includes a background description, review of terminology and definitions, outline of the proposed work plan, and introduction of related City staff. We will also introduce additional resources, meeting dates, and register attendees for information updates.

All except the July 17 meeting will be held at the Main Library. The July 10 meeting will be held at the Enoch Davis Center, 1111 18th Ave. S.

All meetings will be held from 6:15-8 pm
