Sleep. For something that does so much good for us, we have a hard time getting enough! One in three Americans does not get adequate sleep. Why is this, and how do we know what a “good night’s sleep” even is? Join us in the pursuit of perfect sleep as we discover why a “good night’s sleep” eludes so many of us.

SciCafé St. Petersburg is an informal discussion series for adults created by the Marine Exploration Center of St. Petersburg (formerly The Pier Aquarium) in 2009. Its purpose is to raise awareness and satisfy peoples’ curiosity about things scientific. The Dali Museum is the proud host of the St. Petersburg SciCafé in conjunction with the USF College of Marine Science and the Marine Exploration Center.
